So... what exactly is a wax seal?
A wax seal is a little stamp of melted wax, pressed with a design, that hardens into a beautiful emblem. Centuries ago, people used them to seal letters shut (and prove they hadn’t been opened). Today, they’re more of a stylish flourish—a touch of old-world magic for the modern day.

Can I reuse a seal once I’ve stuck it down?
While there may be a biiiiiit of wiggle room to re-position the seal before you press down, once a wax seal is in place, it’s pretty set.
But you can stock up or mix and match designs to keep things fresh!
Will my wax seal survive the mail?
Most do, but postal machines can be a little rough. If it’s something precious, we recommend popping your sealed envelope inside a bigger outer envelope for extra protection.

Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the US, and are looking to open up shipping to International customers in the near future. Join our email list to be notified when we go global!
Since the collections are shipped from Canada, we are actively monitoring evolving trade requirements and regulations regarding shipments to the US, and will reach out if any service disruptions are expected.
Does the Canada Post strike impact my order?
We have removed Canada Post from our fulfillment process for the time being, and will be sending your order with other shipping partners to ensure you get your seals.
When will I get my order?
Since majority of collections are made to order, we usually need about 3-5 days to carefully hand stamp and pack your goodies, then it’s off to you! Delivery times depend on where you live and your shipping option selection.
